April 29 MidShip Race Results

The Midship Race on the 29th of April went well. Seven sailors and three boats and favorable wind made for a fun evening of sailing. Alan Starkey was the first place winner with a corrected time of 1 hr. 26 min. Ed Wieberg was 2nd with a corrected time of 1hr 26 min. 30 sec. and Karl Shellabarger came in 3rd. I will note that Karl turned back before the start to pick-up a buddy who wanted to crew which made him late to the start line. I would like to congratulate Alan on his win and thank all those who participated. THE NEXT MIDSHIP RACE WILL BE THURSDAY MAY 7TH. We will meet at the marina at 5:00pm.
